Refund Policy

The short version

A subscription is a digital service that starts as soon as your sign-in details are delivered, so it cannot be returned like a physical product. We want you to be happy with what you paid for, so if something is not working we will first try to fix it and, where we cannot, we will consider a refund request fairly.

Before you order

To avoid disappointment, please check our compatible devices page and ask us any questions about included categories, simultaneous streams or your internet connection before you order. Our team confirms these details with you on WhatsApp before your order is completed.

If the service does not work for you

Contact us as soon as possible after activation so we can look into it.

Tell us your device, the player app you are using and what happens. Most problems are caused by sign-in details, the player app or the network and can be fixed quickly with our help.

If, after working through the problem with us, the service still cannot be used for a reason within our control, we will refund the payment for the affected period or, where you prefer, extend your subscription.

When a refund is not available

• Where the problem is caused by your internet connection, your device or a third-party player app, and the service itself is working.
• Where you change your mind after your sign-in details have been delivered and the service is working as described.
• Where a subscription has been suspended for breach of our Terms & Conditions, for example sharing or reselling sign-in details.
• For fees paid to third-party app developers or app stores, which are outside our control.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned by the same payment method you used, where the payment provider allows it. Processing times depend on the provider.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.
